By using LawyerSOS you agree to these terms. LawyerSOS is a technology platform — we do not practice law. Legal advice is provided by independent solicitors regulated in their jurisdiction.
Eligibility
You must be 16 or older and resident in Ireland or the UK to use the service.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Refunds follow Stripe's standard policy and applicable consumer law.
Acceptable use
No illegal use, no harassment of solicitors, no fraudulent emergency calls. Violations may result in suspension.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, LawyerSOS's liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland (for IE members) or England & Wales (for UK members).
