Data we collect
Account data, billing data, contact details, evidence files you upload, and incident metadata (timestamps, GPS).
How we use it
To match you with verified solicitors, store evidence securely, and improve the service. We never sell your data.
Encryption
All evidence is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. Biometric vault access is enforced on-device.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from your account, or by contacting privacy@shieldcounsel.app.
Retention
Incident files are retained for 7 years to support legal admissibility. You can delete them sooner.
