How we use it
To match you with verified solicitors, store evidence securely, and improve the service. We never sell your data and we never share it with advertisers.
Encryption
Evidence is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS. Access is restricted by role at the database level.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from your account — or by contacting privacy@lawyersos.app.
Retention
Incident files are retained for 7 years to support legal admissibility. You can delete them sooner from your vault.
Data residency
Customer data is stored within the European Economic Area. We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA without an appropriate safeguard.
